A. This document is an electronic record in terms of Information Technology Act, 2000 and rules
there under as applicable and the amended provisions pertaining to electronic records in various
statutes as amended by the Information Technology Act, 2000. This electronic record is
generated by a computer system and does not require any physical or digital signatures.

All custom-made products, gold-plated items, brass artworks, and design-based orders are non-refundable.

Work begins only after receiving the required advance payment.

Any design change after confirmation may involve additional cost and extended delivery time.

Advance payment is mandatory to start production.

Remaining balance must be cleared before dispatch or delivery.

All payments made are non-refundable under any circumstances.

Gold plating life depends on usage, atmosphere, handling, and maintenance.

Color variations, mild tarnish, or natural ageing are not considered defects.

Avoid acids, chemicals, perfumes, moisture, or rough cleaning on plated surfaces

Warranty (if provided) covers only manufacturing defects, not finish ageing or customer handling.

Warranty becomes void if the product is exposed to water, chemicals, physical damage, or improper cleaning.

As all items are handcrafted and customized, returns, refunds, exchanges, and order cancellations are not allowed after order confirmation.

Only genuine manufacturing defects will be repaired as per studio policy.

All designs, images, artwork concepts, and templates created by Gold Plating Art Studio remain the studio’s intellectual property.

Copying, reproducing, or sharing designs without permission is strictly prohibited.

Installation charges are additional unless clearly mentioned.

Customer must ensure that the site is ready (clean, dust-free, electrical/woodwork completed).

Gold Plating Art Studio is not liable for delays caused by natural disasters, strikes, material shortages, or events beyond control.

Maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the particular order.

Any disputes will be handled under the local jurisdiction of the city/state where Gold Plating Art Studio operates.
